“Amazing service ! It was collected at the time given locked away in a box received and email saying it had being collected then another advising they had received it . Then 2 further emails explaining the process for payment which I received in my bank within 24 hours ! Brilliant”

“Sent my phone in as a trade in as they offered the best price on the market. The phone was in perfect condition as it had been in a case with a screen protector on all its life. Received an email after they had received it stating there was a problem with the phone and it was damaged. They then offered me a stupidly low price for the phone. Safe to say I rejected the offer and asked my phone back. Interested to see not only myself who has experienced this. I won't be using this company again, nor recommending them.”

Good morning, Thank you for your review, We are sorry to hear of your experience, All devices are thoroughly check by each technician. Any screen defect must be noted prior to sending, this can be from screen burn, white marks in the display, yellow halo or pink marks, this is the same for cracks, chips, cracked housing etc. This is why we have a grading process in place. If your device does not match the grade you initially selected then we will amend your order to reflect the correct grading. Our warehouse is fully protected to ensure each device is handled carefully whilst in our possession. This includes full rubber flooring as well as foam mats across all benches. Our technicians do not have any tools to test a devices as its cosmetic and functional testing all done by hand. “Offered me 65 quid for my s9 with a badly cracked back and front screen. 30 quid more than music magpie or others. Would have cost me 100 on insurance to fix so not worth it. Really pleased with the price and paid in full straight away.”

Good morning Philip, We are sorry to hear of your experience with us, I can see your device was found to have yellow halo within the LCD layer. This is where the pixels die within the LCD and turn yellow. This is usually found around the edge of the LCD screen where the battery and time stamp is. This manufacturing defect is common in a lot of the older models such as the 4's, 5's, 6's 7's and some of the older iPads such as the Minis, 2's, 3's and some of the Airs. Based on this we had to amend the offer as it did not match the grade you initially selected. All quotes given are subject to testing, Please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch, we will notify you via email once the item has been dispatched.
