“Online valuation was easy to do. Instructions on how to clear your phone content and remove icloud was very easy to follow. My phone was processed very quickly once I sent it off and the money (amount as estimated)was in my account within a couple of days. Excellent service.”

“Very easy and very quick and efficient. Mazuma kept in contact at every step of the process, so I knew when they had received my phone, when it had been approved and when payment had been made via direct bank transfer so no hassle at all! Win!”

“All good - except the shipping label from the 3rd party courier never arrive. I ran the sale through twice but neither got a mail back to a known and working email. Mazuma had to follow up with their own.”
