“Bought on Saturday 7th. 2 to 3 days delivery and still no confirmation of collection by Royal Mail. Why pay for something that isn’t even used. 1st class would have been quicker. So cannot say whether the goods are good enough as not received as yet. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.”

“The item that I have ordered was not available anymore, so I am waiting for the refund. Strangely, the unavailable item can be ordered online. Major Disappointment :(((( I wish I will receive the refund without contacting customer service.”

“I was pleased to find that Masdings sold a Holland Cooper coat that had been sold out with that company , so this was a first time purchase from Masdings . Unfortunately I got sent the wrong coat due to a misunderstanding of which style but I phoned the telephone number given on the on line site and now waiting to receive the Holland cooper coat I ordered plus had to return the wrong coat ordered !”

“Hello. Garment received between the times given on the email. The garment was dispatched quickly but the driver could have delivered the item earlier between the designated times. Half N hour longer and I would have made my way out. The times of delivery were between 8:52am - 12:52pm. The delivery arrived at approximately 12:30pm. Maybe I'm nitpicking but take it as you wish.”

“Barbour Farsley Boots. Nice boots and arrived very quickly. Only had one pair in stock according to website which were fortunately the colour I was after. On receipt of the boots they were the tan colour boots which resemble nothing of the darker boot I ordered.”

“First time user - I purchased an item Thursday Lunchtime and i shortly received a confirmation Email then within 2hrs another email saying it’s been dispatched. I then checked the delivery times which stated 1-3 working days and not receive the parcel or any other updates as of yet”
