“Boots arrived quickly, great price. My only negative is that I had voucher codes including one for new customer and neither worked when applied, so I felt robbed. Other than that I can't fault the service.”

“The garment purchased was in excellent condition despite the mailing packaging being insubstantial and battered. I was informed of my delivery date and subsequently changed this to a date more suitable. I received a reminder with a one hour time slot advisory for delivery on 04 Jan 2017. On the day a further email arrived saying “ Thank you for requesting a change of delivery date to 05 January 2017”. I had not requested this and was annoyed as I had stayed in specially. Excellent item at a great sale price but delivery was not without problems.”

“It was not packaged well at all and arrived quite battered. Obviously not a highlight as I bought it as a gift and now will have to give the gift outside of its packaging. Thankfully the item (somehow) survived its journey so that's something.”

“Very happy with madding every time I’ve ever been in store. However I bought a £20 gift voucher online and was offered 10% discount off my first online order. Naturally I took the opportunity, only to find that I wasn’t getting any discount they just dropped the value of the gift voucher to £18. I’ve been in store to complain about this and nothing was done”

“Delivered in good time but when you are spending over £200 you shouldn't have to pay for return postage. Disappointed about this!”

“First purchase ever made with them, good communication and replaced item with no issues but the only negative I have to say is that I purchased through Topcashback and Masdings dismissed a measly £2 on the purchase as not verified (even though verified with Topcashback). Purchase without Quidco or Topcashback if you can.”

“Very good apart from I requested next day delivery and although my order was placed well before the dispatch deadline it didn’t get delivered for two days. When contacted just said sorry but the carrier didnt collect.”

“Quick delivery but it was obvious the shoes I purchased were previously returned by somebody else. The box they were in was pretty pattered and it could be clearly seen the shoes had been worn before. The shoe laces were in the shoes but not the same configuration fro but both shoes, and there were crease makes in the shoes.”
