“I am not happy as I was charged a next day delivery charge on my last order and it took 4 days to be delivered. I feel this should be refunded.”

Hello, please note that if you place your order at the weekend, it will not be dispatched until the next working day (except bank holidays). As Monday was a bank holiday, the order was dispatched Tuesday. Unfortunately, there was a one day delay on this delivery and the order was delivered the next working day. “I will like to say that it was a pleasurable experience shopping with Madings directly from their store. I would like to point out that their exquisite taste for brand labels and designs have definitely caught my eye.. It is shame that there is not much products that I am looking for such as brand/generic trainers such as Reebok or Nike or not much tops with the brand listed. I will be shopping with Masdings again in the near future.”

“My first experience was not good as I was sent a pair of odd sized shoes! Masdings apologised and I received a full refund. Perhaps they need to check items before despatch? Disappointed as the shoes were for my husband for our holidays. Will use again though as communication was good.”

The order was placed after 4pm which means that the item will not be dispatched until the next working day, the item was then delivered using the next day service. From the Royal Mail tracking system, we can see that this was signed for by someone with your name. All of our items over £90.00 require a signature. Many thanks for your custom.
