I am truly disappointed to have to write this review as of today's date I have not received my delivery. Royal Mail 48 It meant to mean within 48hours? of does it not? I had to completely change my outing look on the night of my friend's reception, yesterday 04/11/23. I am seriously thinking of canceling my order because the item has not yet arrived. Thanks for asking

Terrible customer service sent a product without instructions and the correct charging lead then called me a liar - and potentially refused to offer a full refund - county court knocking on your door

Poor customer service- incorrect usb cable in the box customer services called me a liar. Stated they check everything and the cable is correct- also advised the item is new which It might be, but its also possible the product is a return with the marking and writing on the box - If you like been called a liar and implying your a cheat carry on and use this company

I received my goods, the delivery was good and prompt. However one pair of shoes was damaged (but Masdings claimed otherwise - good luck to the new purchasers). In addition to that be warned you have to return within 14days, this is not clear at the point of purchasing. You only get to know this at the point of return, they then issue a credit note. Very poor customer service.

Hi there, on checking the item, we found no damage to the item at all. Unfortunately, if an item is returned late, an exchange or e-voucher can only be provided.

Beware of this company and the sister site oxygen clothing. I returned an item that was delivered back on may 25th this year and they have denied the return. I now don’t have the item and I’m out of pocket over £100. This site and oxygen ignore emails, don’t have active live chat, don’t reply to the online form, don’t answer the phone. I resorted to Instagram and got one line reply’s denying a refund then they deleted all the messages and then deactivated the account. They are thieves, they have taken over £100 from me and retained the return. Not at all what is expected from a reputable company. It’s beyond disgusting. If they’ve done this to me they could be doing it to others. Avoid, shop at a larger reputable store where you have buyer protection.

The worst customer service. Purchased an item I was not happy with, you can only return something if you message oxygen first. I messaged several times and had no response. I eventually decided to post the item back. Surprise surprise they then start to don’t at me saying they’ve been emailing me which is a lie. Then they say they will not refund me and haven’t replied since. I have proof of return yet they have fraudulently reported the return not received via Klarna, another lie. I don’t recommend this company, if you have any issues with an order it’s hard luck. Update - the company have contacted Klarna disputing the return and want full payment from me, the company have not returned the item to me, they have ignored all of my emails. Why would I pay for an item I don’t have that is also faulty. Will be reporting the trading standards and the police if I have to. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Ordered and paid for product. Funds were taken, only to receive an email saying “sorry we are out of stock in that size”. This annoys me, as the web stated in stock, the payment was taken before dispatch. Not good. No doubt I will have to wait 3-5 working days to get a refund, and then order from somewhere else.

I placed an order for a Ted baker purse. I then received an email stating that the colour I had ordered was out of stock. The money is still pending in my account days later so I would be pretty annoyed if I had no spare money to purchase one from another site until the money from you had come back into my account

Sadly, I was very disappointed with the goods. I ordered a fairly expensive Barbour hat/scarf set as a gift as it was packaged in a gift box. The goods were sent in a plastic courier bag. Inside, the gift box was in a poor state split down one side on the lid. Must admit I think it was probably like this when it was sent - it looked shop-soiled. Interestingly I purchased 2 sets last month from another company - these were perfect and still in the clear Barbour plastic bags and so the boxes were in pristine condition. What is more shocking is the exchange policy - that for all returns even for defective goods the customer must pay for the return carriage. Would not recommend this company.

You have asked me to review when I am I still waiting for goods to be delivered. And your tracking system gives no update, the chat robot can not communicate. All I want is confirmation on when I will be my goods. What day and time it will be delivered. Absolutely outrageous that you are asking me to write a review when I have not had any delivery or update!
