There is a pull of in the sleeve. No wonder it was cheap

Box was completely damaged, no authenticity on the shoes no size marking on the shoes either. makes me believe this was counterfeit.

The order was sent to me on May 3rd, but it has been in transit for 11 days and I have no idea when it will arrive or where it is. I'm from Italy and I think that if it came from China it would be even faster

I ordered a pair of jeans only to be emailed the next day informing that my size was not in stock. Ironically the online ordering system informed me at the time of order that mine was the last remaining. I was offered the next size up but have declined and chosen to shop elsewhere. Hopefully I will receive my money back soon.

Hi, I have received my sliders and they are the wrong colour I asked for black and gold and received black and white. Even the paper order in packaging says black and gold

It was very disappointing to find a top I really liked online, process payment, receive an email to say my order has been received then receive another to say there has been an inventory error, and the clothing was no longer available. This was the second time in a week that this happened with an online order from the UK. Does your computer programme need an update? I have ordered many things online and these 2 incidents are the first time I have had this issue - very frustrating. I did receive a rapid response.

The shows came with scuffs on and the box had been destroyed with the lid unable to stay on top.

The item meet my expectation but Delivery was unsafe and dodgy. Royal mail ignored delivery message (if am not home ) sign on my behalf and left the delivery in on safe place....

i ordered a pair of shoes which clearly showed 1 in stock following day i was told out of stock. but can offer you the next size down if i wonted that size i would of ordered that size in first instance. rob
