“Jacket was delivered in time and fit as expected. It was, however, creased and covered with lint. Being a waxed cotton jacket, one cannot wash or iron. For the discount I did not expect a premium service.”

“Well it didn't really. I ordered some jeans - really good value. The order for the size I selected went through but the following day I received an email saying that the size I required was out of stock. Very disappointing and surely a fundamental requirement of an online shopping website is to manage stock and make sure that orders are not taken for stock that does not exist.”

Hello, please note that if you place your order at the weekend, it will not be dispatched until the next working day (except bank holidays). As Monday was a bank holiday, the order was dispatched Tuesday. Unfortunately, there was a one day delay on this delivery and the order was delivered the next working day.
