“Mapserve is easy and user friendly. I download my OS Maps from the site. When i ordered one and the client changed their mind, i told Mapserve and they refunded me. Faultless service and the cheapest too.”

“I am still waiting for a refund for not 1 but 2 PDF OS maps which were downloaded not-to-scale. Difficult system to navigate. In all honesty I would avoid using Mapserve until they make the process of selecting a site plan foolproof.”

Dear customer, we are sorry to hear about your issues. Both of your orders were refunded on the 13th of April. The refunds usually take 2-3 working days to arrive in your bank account or if they are ordered very soon after placing an order you will see that a charge has not been placed on your account. Please send us an email at support@mapserve.co.uk if you would like any assistance with that. “Your response is quick which is good but accuracy not good ,the recent 1:250 scale OS maps were about 8-10% smaller than reality. Very disappointing.”

Dear customer thank you for your feedback. We have various tools available on the website, automatic and manual ones to help you draw the outline of your building but you do need to click on them to work before you add the map to your basket.
