“Brilliant, thank you Paul and Jake. I love my new Time ADHX45. It was well worth the journey from South Wales. I really value the fact that my bike had been built with great skill and attention to detail. And that it has been customised to my requirements rather than those of the marketing dept of some large bike company. I wish you every success and hope that a lot more cyclists see the sense in adopting your custom approach to bike buying.”

We had exclusive use of their fantastic new facility, all their friendly staff on hand to help out, and a really tasty meal. “Great lanequest event at Mapdec last week. The team were super friendly to me and my children, they help sort a mechanical on my bike in minutes (they are really well kitted out in there) and the food looked great. A note to the course setters: a couple more close checkpoints makes it more enjoyable to people who aren't competing to win the league.”

This is a disappointing considering. We are not a licensed premises, and the food we served was well above guidance for adult portion sizes.

“Many thanks to Tom and the rest of the tea at Mapdec who worked on my Whyte E160 E Bike. I took a chance and brought the bike up from my home in Wigan for the full bounce rebuild. Since picking the bike up I have had two rides on it and I can honestly say it is running better than when new, in particular the suspension which feels so much plusher and responsive. When I picked the bike up, Tom went out of his way to explain exactly what had been done during the service,and answered all of my questions. Mapdec provide a world class service with excellent communications as well as top class cycle mechanics who without doubt take a pride in their skills and the application of said skills. Many Thanks Derrol Taylor”

“I brought my bike in on Wednesday afternoon to have new suspension bearings fitted, they said they would have it ready in a week, or maybe longer as they were busy, so I was delighted to get an email yesterday to say that it would be ready for collection today. First class service, thank you!”

“I’ve followed Paul on YouTube for a while and valued his no-nonsense reviews and advice. I was in the market for a set of carbon road/light gravel wheels and settled on a set of FFWD Ryot 44s. The pre-sales advice from Madeline was very helpful and the order was processed and delivered promptly. I’m delighted with the wheels and would highly recommend Paul and the team at Mapdec.
