“Brilliant, thank you Paul and Jake. I love my new Time ADHX45. It was well worth the journey from South Wales. I really value the fact that my bike had been built with great skill and attention to detail. And that it has been customised to my requirements rather than those of the marketing dept of some large bike company. I wish you every success and hope that a lot more cyclists see the sense in adopting your custom approach to bike buying.”

“My cart says eligable for free shipping, yet it still applied shipping to my basket/order. I ended up ordering the premium 24hr tracked option seeing as it was about £1 more than the shipping it was going to charge me. I never recieved any sort of tracking number. I messaged them on the day I was exepcting the order should turn up on a service and still have no reply. I did recieve the order, product is good, was packed well but would say a touch over priced. Seems a bit ridculous that I recieved this review prompt before I had recieved my order and I didn't ever recieve tracking information. As my first order, bit of a red flag for Mapdec.”

Hey Anthony, Bit of a weird one. I see you placed your order at 4:44pm on a Saturday afternoon. Your Grease Syringes were posted on Monday morning from Kendal, and they arrived with you in NW London on Tuesday morning, delivered to your safe place. I am really not sure how it would be possible to be any faster.

“An excellent small cycle shop. Run by people who really understand the customer and give sound advice but also listen! Worth traveling to if you have a special project in mind. I’m struggling to think of a better bike shop within 100 mile radius of Kendal.”

“Saw the you tube on greasing and the gease syringe. I knew it would solve some of the 'difficult to access' issues. Contacted Mapdec using their Whatsapp. Quick response about stock availabilty. Once the item was available I ordered for next day delivery and am pleased to say that's what I got.”

This relates to a software upgrade where electronic receipts were not sent at the point of purchase, and when we fixed the issue a lot of customers received their receipt a few months after their purchase. We are sorry if this caused you distress.
