“Mapdec were very efficient at replacing my Ultegra chainset under the Shimano recall and also fitted new cables and a chain at the same time. They are good at communicating any issues with the servicing and the quality of the workmanship is high”

“Thank You for dispatching the order very fast. I'm really happy with the grease applicators, which are more or less unobtainable. It's a great service from Mapdec making these available for amateur mechanics. Delivery to Germany was a bit sluggish. Royal Mail delivered very fast through the german customs office. But then Deutsche Post really took its time. This delay is outside Mapdec's influence. The delivery tracking offered by Royal Mail is also excellent.”

“Factor O2 VAM full strip down and service. Great experience, kept me informed throughout. Found an issue with CeramicSpeed Bottom Bracket wear (warranty claim). All the rest was a clean bill of health, good for another season :)”
