“Ordered a frame on 21st December as of today 10th December no sign of it, despite paying £70 for delivery.”

Just to be clear, this customer expected delivery after we had closed for Christmas, not 11 days before actually ordering it. Wow.

“Bought map deck for an event this weekend. Goods arrived with a bolt missing. Company has failed to response to my emails and voicemail all this week, Have been forced to bodge a solution to make it usable but this has damaged the bracket. Not very impressed.”
