“From my initial contact with Henry at Mapdec Cycle Works, to the follow up emails and phone calls from Madeline, the whole process of obtaining my obscure "Time" part was absolutely superb. Whatever your cycling needs, then Mapdec is your only go to place. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you everyone.”

“Brilliant service. Popped in to the workshop and dropped off a squsihy DPX2 shock for a rebuild, collected it 7 days later, back on bike and no longer sounding sick. Great service from a local workshop. Will definitely use again.”

“The new bike got its check-over from friendly and knowledgeable staff. I also got good advice on potential pitfalls with the components on my new bike too. These guys want you to have hassle-free riding more than they want to you to hurry back in with avoidable issues!”

“Brilliant service from Paul and his team. The order process, build and fit were all great and Paul went out of his way to make sure I didn't have to make an extra trip when collecting the bike. Their pricing was competitive too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mapdec to anyone. I didn't rate delivery as I picked the bike up.”

“Mapdec were very efficient at replacing my Ultegra chainset under the Shimano recall and also fitted new cables and a chain at the same time. They are good at communicating any issues with the servicing and the quality of the workmanship is high”
