“These guys are absolutely fantastic. I needed shorter cranks with a power meter and Madeline at Mapdec did all the research for me and gave me a quote for several options. They then ordered the crankset and shipped it off to have the power meter installed. They kept me updated at every stage of the process and Hannah fitted it on my bike the day it arrived at the store, despite it having been delivered late in the day. Excellent work and customer service. I couldn't recommend more.”

“Superb service with a friendly and accommodating team. I found Mapdec to be a great team with every technical know how and who accommodated for all my Bicycle needs! After ordering a custom build, end result was a beautiful and brilliant bike satisfying just what I was aiming for, set up to my spec and fit! Only required the smallest seating adjustment post first Shake Down ride. Subsequent rides were excellent setting new PRs without trying too hard! It looks like may have been sitting a little too low for ages!”

“I purchased a Time ADHX and paid for the custom build package. I have been aware of Time for many years seeing it as a real pinnacle of quality, but it was the combination of the Mapdec Youtube videos (surely the MVP of the Time marketing department) and a Time end of year closeout that sealed the deal. Great communication and all round excellent experience. True professionals. Thanks!”
