“Many thanks to Tom and the rest of the tea at Mapdec who worked on my Whyte E160 E Bike. I took a chance and brought the bike up from my home in Wigan for the full bounce rebuild. Since picking the bike up I have had two rides on it and I can honestly say it is running better than when new, in particular the suspension which feels so much plusher and responsive. When I picked the bike up, Tom went out of his way to explain exactly what had been done during the service,and answered all of my questions. Mapdec provide a world class service with excellent communications as well as top class cycle mechanics who without doubt take a pride in their skills and the application of said skills. Many Thanks Derrol Taylor”

“I brought my bike in on Wednesday afternoon to have new suspension bearings fitted, they said they would have it ready in a week, or maybe longer as they were busy, so I was delighted to get an email yesterday to say that it would be ready for collection today. First class service, thank you!”

“Popped in for advice on front fork service , Sam was very upfront regarding costs and process. Decision made to replace fork and Sam fitted new one on its arrival in timeframe he promised 👍 excellent service from pro team!”

“I’ve followed Paul on YouTube for a while and valued his no-nonsense reviews and advice. I was in the market for a set of carbon road/light gravel wheels and settled on a set of FFWD Ryot 44s. The pre-sales advice from Madeline was very helpful and the order was processed and delivered promptly. I’m delighted with the wheels and would highly recommend Paul and the team at Mapdec. “The team at Mapdec were amazing in helping me build my dream bike! From my initial YouTube viewing experiences, to our initial phone call, where we talked about riding style, goals and build options, right through to collection, the process was really easy. I live quite a distance from the workshop but that was no barrier as the team, particurlay Jake and Paul, were really responsive to my many, many emails and phone calls. Their knowledge and patience were a real comfort, knowing that they wanted to build me the best bike possible, that suited all my requirements and needs. I am beyond chuffed with the end result and can't wait to get the miles in on my new bike.”
