“Fast to respond to emails before you buy, but expect NO response afterwards. Bike delivered (eventually, after a LONG wait for it to be 'custom built') with no instructions, no tools and no customer support whatsoever. The bike makes suspicious clicking noises already and will have to go to the shop as Mango can't be bothered to reply to me all week. Original Single Speed bike seems ok aside from the clicking. Saddle is relatively comfortable. Bought it because I didn't want anything special and it is indeed not anything special. Feels very similar to buying from sports direct - once they've got your money that is that and don't expect any help or customer service at all. To be honest buying a bike from sports direct would have probably been less stressful. I am not sure whether to give a 1 or 2 out of 5 as the experience has been woeful but lets go with 2 because I'm a nice guy.”

“Repeated attempts to fix the right pedal, now this time the pedals seem to be wobbling (I have video). Also removing and attaching, removing and attaching that pedal seems to have scratched all the black paintwork around the crank arm. Not great. So nearly £400 later I now have a bike with a clicking crank, a scratched crank arm and wobbly pedals. Double not great.”

“Great bike delivered! Just as it was ordered. Delivery time was slightly long as it took almost two weeks to deliver,but, it’s a custom made bike and I can live with that. It’s a great company with amazing response times in questions and attitude towards customers.”

“I had a 2 week shipping so pretty decent there. The customer service is amazing they are incredibly helpful. I will say that the tires are very soft which makes them terribly unsuited for terrain or roads with sharp rocks, I had to flat tubes in 3 days. So Kevlar inlaid tires would be a nice possibility.”

“Called the switchboard number and spoke to two people who were hoth extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate ordering from them again. Feels like they are in it for the love of bikes, not just the revenue! I only ordered a replacement saddle, so nothing fancy and they gave me sound advice for buying tyres (not even from them)”

“You are quick and nice, i found the candies inlcuded in my package and it was sweet :) however me and my husband have some problems with the paint (black), they easily rub off from bike parts”

“I absolutely love my Mango bike! It's super smooth to ride, and so light it's easy to lift downstairs / into the house. The bullhorn handlebars are really comfortable and really stylish. I put the bike together myself, which on the whole was really easy (although I did have to get a specialist to check my breaks once I put the front wheel/mudguards on). I am 5"3 with short legs, and do find the small frame still a little to tall for me, but I can just jump on the bike from a curb and it's no bother. I couldn't recommended Mango enough - the bike is simply fantastic, and the customer service couldn't be faulted either. Thank you!”

“On mango website everything looks so beautiful and so perfect but when ur bike arrives totally different story cheap paint on the frame cheap parts and I wouldn’t buy again from them”

Hi Abdi I see your order number tracks back to September 2017. Since then there's been lots of changes, upgrades and additions to the bikes. We paint frames ourselves, now build with Miche XPress cranksets, have sealed bearing bottom brackets and headsets and a few other top quality parts. We're confident Mango Bikes are some of the best quality and best value bikes available.
