“I wanted to buy a replacement chain for my Mango recently, but couldn't find anything on the website. After 2 days of calling and trying the online chat facility, finally got through online to be told that chains were for sale and that the online situation would be rectified. This was 2 weeks ago - just checked on their site and still no chains. On my third saddle - first one snapped mid-ride! Original tyres did not last long either. My wife was looking at a Mango but after the recent (lack of) support, she's looking elsewhere.”

Hi Derek, I'm really quite surprised that you didn't get through to us during 2 days calling (unless it was the weekend?) Our phone line is often fairly busy but an email will always get a swift reply. Can you get in touch with our Customer Service so that we can sort you out with the correct chain and talk about your other problems?

“Not a good first experience/impression. Problems with the bike, parts of the order not arriving and poor after care to resolve the problems.”

Hi Charles, it looks like you've taken delivery of your bike today. Large Point Blank frames were out of stock for a few weeks as stated on the website at the time, apologies for the inconvenience!

“I bought one of their bikes second-hand and it's great. I only ordered a rear brake from Mango but communication was awful and delivery incredibly slow. They did however take the opportunity to bombard me with sales emails and continue to do so to this day, despite being asked to be removed from their mailing list. My experience is that they're more interested in the hard-sell rather than looking after their customers.”

“I ordered a small bike which said it would be suitable for someone at 5 foot 1" and at the same time my flatmate ordered one that was suitable for someone who was 5 foot 6" and we were sent bikes the exact same size, hers was a perfect height and mine was far too big, I have since had to get rid of the bike as it was too dangerous to ride.”
