I ordered a small bike which said it would be suitable for someone at 5 foot 1" and at the same time my flatmate ordered one that was suitable for someone who was 5 foot 6" and we were sent bikes the exact same size, hers was a perfect height and mine was far too big, I have since had to get rid of the bike as it was too dangerous to ride.
