They have recently relocated their store to Benson in Oxfordshire where they sell a fabulous range of fine homeware and gifts, including soft toys from key brands such as Jellycat where they stock a growing range of loveable childrens toys. Other key brands for the home include Parlane, Voyage Maison and Dora Designs, as well as leading brand candles and diffusers. They have become a key ecommerce retailer selling their gifts all over the world to thousands of happy customers.

“Delighted with service and fabric. However the 1m and the other half metre were cut to an almost exact length. All the fabric suppliers I deal with cut the fabric more generously giving an extra 3 - 6 inches.”

Thanks for your review, we are pleased you are delighted with outr service and the fabric. Re your comments on the cut length, we provided what you purchased, and we always cut slightly over - Sophie Allport supply the cut roll exactly to the length, therefore we actually lose 1/2 a metre of sales per roll because we over cut on lengths supplied. This is usually by a inch or so. We are one of the very few suppliers who provide the fabric by the 1/2 meter and at such competitive prices, we can't give away too much of fabric that hasn't been paid for, otherwise we'd run as a loss. But we do make sure we don't supply less than you purchase, as that would be unfair, just as much as if we gave away lots of the fabric would be for us. Kind regards Maison White

“Unfortunately the product I purchased through Maison White (Sara Miller duvet sets) was faulty. However, the correspondence I have had with you and in particular Elise, was excellent. She arranged a refund quickly and was very quick to respond. I really appreciate it! Even though there as a problem with the product, I will definitely use Maison White based on the excellent communication!”
