They have recently relocated their store to Benson in Oxfordshire where they sell a fabulous range of fine homeware and gifts, including soft toys from key brands such as Jellycat where they stock a growing range of loveable childrens toys. Other key brands for the home include Parlane, Voyage Maison and Dora Designs, as well as leading brand candles and diffusers. They have become a key ecommerce retailer selling their gifts all over the world to thousands of happy customers.

“The parcel arrived in good time. Unfortunately the colours were not what I wanted, but when I tried to return it, I noticed it said you could not return towels?? Not great”

“I specifically ordered this duck since my friend had chosen it for her birthday. I loved the quality of the DCUK as ever (I'm a big fan) However I was disappointed that the one I received was looking straight ahead, and not over its shoulder as shown. The website says poses and colour may vary, but that seems a huge change to me.”

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear the duck wasn’t quite what you expected. As noted on the product page, these pieces are handmade, meaning each one is unique and may vary slightly from the photos in terms of pose, colour, and size—a point DCUK also emphasises on their own site. We rely on the photography provided by the brand, but we will certainly share your comments with them and suggest that a wider variety of pose photos would be helpful for fans. While there are images of different poses on our site, we appreciate they are shown in different colours. For future reference, we love helping our customers find the perfect piece. Many DCUK collectors contact us before ordering, and we are always happy to send over photos of our current stock so you can pick your favourite pose. Unfortunately, I believe the colour you chose was our final one in stock at the time. I apologise again for the disappointment, but I am delighted to hear that your friend loves their gift!

“Slightly disappointed as it was only the duvet cover and no pillowcases..as shown on the picture. Have had to buy these separately from Amazon to avoid additional p&p costs Sadly they wont arrive before our guests do:(”

I am sorry you are disappointed but the description clearly notes in is a duvet only and that pillowcases are to be purchased separately.

“The Jellycat item was expected to be delivered in the drawstring bag with the Jellycat logo however it arrived in a normal clear plastic bag. My daughter was very disappointed and we are wondering if this a genuine Jellycat product.”

Thank you for your 'negative' review. The drawstring bag you were expecting is only included on orders placed directly on the Jellycat.com website. I am sorry if your daughter was very dissappointed but this is not something we can provide. I trust you were pleased with the service otherwise albeit you have not appraised us for that. We are an authorised Jellycat stockist as listed on their stockist list on their website, all our products are 100% genuine.

“Sadly my items arrived broken. In my opinion there was inadequate packing material and no Fragile notice on the box. They did however quickly refund me. Sadly the items couldn’t be reordered as out of stock.”

“Very nice angle poise and lovely colour at very reasonable price. The only thing wrong is that its inner lamp surface is also bright orange so it gives off a sodium street light orange light. Mine is in the shed receiving some white Hammerite treatment!”

The dust bag debate… You were super lucky to receive the dust bag from us last year… Jellycat do not provide these bags to stockists - there are very few products that include them (the giants or really bigs tend to have have them). I am sorry you feel disappointed by this, but we aren’t able to supply the bags as they are not provided to us Best wishes Maison White

The names come preattached by DCUK on the product you have purchased and they will all have the same font. The name unfortuantely cannot be personalised when purchasing from us. If you are not happy with the name you can order a new name from DCUK visit dcuk.com/newname which they may still provide free of charge (this was an old offer, but may still work). “Whilst the service and website were quick and easy, the conditioning of the packaging when it arrived was horrendous! Two parts of boxes poorly taped together - torn by the time it arrived with us x with just a piece of brown paper around the duck. Thank goodness it wasn't being delivered straight to my Mum! Wouldn't risk ordering again.”

“Bought four medium sized Jellycats, which are not cheap. They arrived just thrown inside a plastic bag. I was very disappointed and thought they could have been wrapped individually. Very poor.”

Hi Amanda Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear you are disappointed. Hopefully my reply below can elaborate more for you and anyone else interested. We have chosen our packing carefully to best protect the product and to reduce waste on the environment, as even recycling comes at a cost to the environment. There is a fine balance with over packaging (i.e using a bag for each and every item) which we did do at one point. However we received feedback about too much/pointless packaging. Therefore given the life inside the bag is short lived and no longer required once received, we limit the use of packaging as much as we can. In turn products of the same type will be packed together. Where possible we choose to use recycled and recyclable protective packaging. I can assure you they would have not been 'thrown' into a bag, we are small family run business and each parcel is packed with care and love. I am sorry if our service level did not meet your expectation.

Thanks for your review. Jellycat do not provide stockists with the dust bags. There are very few select items that do come into retailers with them (the really and very bigs). This the same for every retailer other than Jellycat.com Disappointing for us too :( when this disappoints our customers for this very reason. But it’s not something we can help, sorry
