They have recently relocated their store to Benson in Oxfordshire where they sell a fabulous range of fine homeware and gifts, including soft toys from key brands such as Jellycat where they stock a growing range of loveable childrens toys. Other key brands for the home include Parlane, Voyage Maison and Dora Designs, as well as leading brand candles and diffusers. They have become a key ecommerce retailer selling their gifts all over the world to thousands of happy customers.

One thing that would have made the shopping experience better would have been to receive a confirmation email when the order had been placed. I was on the verge of contacting the company when I received an email to say my item had been sent.”

“Straight forward to order from but deliver took longer than other couriers and there seemed a lon gap from confirmation of order to dispatch. I almost contacted you to check my order hadn’t hon astray.”

Hi, thank you for taking the time to review. I have checked your order. It was placed at 11 am on Friday 16th with the free postage option. We posted your order on Monday the 19th via Royal Mail tracked 48 and can see it was delivered on Wednesday the 21st. Can’t really get better than that, so I do not understand your comments. “I have sent two emails re non delivery but didn’t receive a reply. You told me the items had been dispatched. Tracking said to be delivered Thursday and then Friday of last week. Parcel seemed to be held at Northampton. Parcel finally arrived today. The Post Office let your delivery down. Might want to use a different courier.”
