They have recently relocated their store to Benson in Oxfordshire where they sell a fabulous range of fine homeware and gifts, including soft toys from key brands such as Jellycat where they stock a growing range of loveable childrens toys. Other key brands for the home include Parlane, Voyage Maison and Dora Designs, as well as leading brand candles and diffusers. They have become a key ecommerce retailer selling their gifts all over the world to thousands of happy customers.

“The bedding is lovely. Considering it is made in Pakistan it is rather expensive. Rang the shop to see if they had a throw as seen online and the lady at the shop was very rude and unhelpful. Won't be ordering from them again. I was hoping a small family business would be more customer friendly than what I experienced. So the star reflects more on their service than the bedding. The cotton is thin for that price.”

Customers can use this number which is where we can advise more about the products we have, or by email which is 24/7 on contact@maisonwhite.co.uk - Our shop is run separately and whilst they can help with a few limited things, any online or product enquiries would be handled by our website team and perhaps they should have asked you to call us or email us. The throw isnt something we stock so unfortunately we cannot help you with this purchase of this particular item, but we would be more than happy to chat if you'd like to discuss your disappointing experience.
