They have recently relocated their store to Benson in Oxfordshire where they sell a fabulous range of fine homeware and gifts, including soft toys from key brands such as Jellycat where they stock a growing range of loveable childrens toys. Other key brands for the home include Parlane, Voyage Maison and Dora Designs, as well as leading brand candles and diffusers. They have become a key ecommerce retailer selling their gifts all over the world to thousands of happy customers.

“Bought Mishka push along dog for my grand daughter and it is gorgeous but lost 2 of the bolts to put the handle in upright position. Emailed customer service and Elise got back to me the same night saying she had emailed supplier, Little Bird Told Me. The bolts arrived, at no cost within 4 days. Excellent product and customer service - other companies could learn a lesson.”

“I'm really impressed with this company. They value their customers and provide a personal service. They can be easily contacted, no virtual assistants here. My item was dispatched within hours of placing the order and arrived the next day really well packaged. Great choice of delivery options; I was glad to be able to choose Royal Mail safe place delivery. I can see from the website that there are lots of lovely items and great brands. Hi Corinne I am sorry you felt the need to leave the poor review before we were able to fix the issue. Most if not all companies require products to be returned for exchange or refund. I’d have hoped you found us swift with communications and action to fix our error (we are only human). And we have accepted the fact that you had opened and use the product (bedding) before you realised our error. (Which we now cannot sell this product on as it’s used, but hey ho!)
