I received my chair today and am a little disappointed with the quality compared to what I paid for it. The material is not what I was expecting and the seat is very firm.
There was a problem with the delivery - it did not arrive on the days arranged as it would not fit on the van. We were not told about this and waited in all day. I contacted Maison White about this and it was dealt with professionally.
