They have recently relocated their store to Benson in Oxfordshire where they sell a fabulous range of fine homeware and gifts, including soft toys from key brands such as Jellycat where they stock a growing range of loveable childrens toys. Other key brands for the home include Parlane, Voyage Maison and Dora Designs, as well as leading brand candles and diffusers. They have become a key ecommerce retailer selling their gifts all over the world to thousands of happy customers.

“Really disappointed We purchased the king Laura Ashley Jossette Dove Grey duvet set as the bedroom it was for has a header wall of that wallpaper and we previously had the double duvet set bought direct from Laura Ashley (Josette Dove Grey). This set was NOT the same fabric and was NOT the right colour, which we could not tell until we took it out of the packet….. the packet had stickers on it saying ‘no refund if opened’. Completely useless to use, waste of £68, would never buy from here again.”

I am sorry you are disappointed and felt the need to leave a negative review. The product we supply is exactly the same as those that are sold by Laura Ashley as they are made by the same manufacturer. Perhaps it was not exactly the same design as you purchased before. There are various Jossette ones. We make it very clear on our website product page, terms and conditions prior to purchase and on the packaging that we can not refund bedding that has been removed due to hygene. The colour is clearly visible through the clear plastic packaging. The product is completely useless to us if it has been as we cannot resell it as new. No customer wants to receive brand new bedding that has been handled by someone previously.
