“I order regularly at Made By Cooper and always come back as I am very happy with the quality of the products. I ordered seven enamel pin designs this time as I trust MbC does a perfect job and again I could not find any flaws in the final products. “Hi, I live in South Korea. I got to know this site through a friend who lives in England. I liked a variety of choices (materials) and a trusty sample (instagram). I was worried because I had never left production to foreign companies. I felt difficult in a system different from Korea. But they kindly responded. Korea is fast in the whole process. So I felt the process was slow. But the result is very satisfactory and pretty. I will order you in the future. Thank you.”

“Communication was among the poorest I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Replies were few and far between. Wasn't able to complete my order by the already shockingly long expected ship date. There is no incentive to return to made by cooper for repeat business. We've found a manufacturer that is responsive, affordable, reliable. Quicker, and with a better quality product.”

Sorry you feel like this about your experience. I can see there were a few defective goods which I can see are being replaced as quick as possible. We checked and all replies seemed to be managed in a timely manor, sorry this wasn't quick enough.

As discussed the colours have been checked and are perfect to the approved design and Pantone numbers. We create designs for checking and approving and these pins were made to the exact specification that was approved

“They were among the cheapest which worried me a bit but their service looked good and proved to be very much so. Tidying up the cloth badge design and then a bit of to-ing and fro-ing to change a few things I'd not noticed on my original artwork was handled in a decent timeframe and the end result was every bit as good as I expected. Highly recommended.”
