“Ordered some alien head pins. The quality and color vibrancy is so nice and it was totally worth getting it shipped overseas to the US.”

“We initially received a fantastic service and product from Made By Cooper but I'm really sad to say that both have been on a steady decline since their rapid rise in popularity. Recent orders have arrived late, with the wrong backings and are increasingly sloppy and communication has been curt. It's really depressing to see that they also outsource to China when we pride ourselves on using UK companies. I really feel like that's something they should disclose, especially when taking credit for all the items made. I was also really annoyed to see them use one of our photos on Instagram which they'd rudely added their own watermark to!”

Thanks for the review, sorry you feel you have received poor service, we do try to answer all emails as fast as we can and help where possible. If you let us know which orders were late hopefully we can see why and what happened, it's worth noting all our dates are approximate and not deadlines unless has been agreed prior to order. Regarding manufacture we do not hide where we make them, in fact we are currently helping those that sell on Esty with information regarding manufacturing due to their policies. Quite happy to remove the picture should you want us, no problems. A lot of people like we post their items to help promote with a link to their bio, but happy to remove if you let us know which one.

“Wasn't in a rush for badges as planned far ahead. When they arrived they were exactly as expected and very well produced. Order process was very easy along with online payment. Although no urgency with approving production discovered i had held up production by not approving lmage and this was not followed up by MbyC. Thought making payment would be my approval but not so.”

Thanks for the review, yes we can't accept payment as approval of a visual design, we require the design to be approved independently due to its visual nature.

“great company to deal with, prompt responses to emails & queries, a little bit slower production & delivery than last year when we used them. Also a little disappointed that they had changed the pin back on the badge from one that has safety catch to one that doesn't have a safety catch”

“Had a few problems getting my instructions across, very slow lead time took around 4 weeks from first contact. No problem with the product though, patches good quality and just the way I wanted them. G. Hendry”

Thanks for the review, as stated in our quote and on all material delivery time is approx 4 weeks, which was delivered in the time frame and as you state are good quality and exactly as you wanted.
