“I was really pleased with the quality of the pin. They look great. The only reason I didn't rate it 'Very Good' was because the quality of the backing card was nowhere near the quality I had hoped for. The print looked extremely pixelated despite the fact that I uploaded a high resolution file. Otherwise, I was pleased.”

“The hard enamel pins I ordered turned out beautifully! The design team did a lovely job resizing the lines. My order was delayed by almost 3 weeks due to a processing error I wish would have been caught by Made by Cooper sooner, or rectified in some fashion. But despite that I am extremely happy with the quality of the work and will be coming back for more!”

“The design process was easy and I was very grateful for expert help to make sure my pin design was perfect. The pins arrived quicker than expected and when the metal clasps weren't working right, they agreed to send rubber backs. Very happy all around!”

“The team were quick and efficient creating my order, and actioning the revisions I requested on the pins. The order arrived within the estimated time frame. Only downside is due to the method of punching the pins there is some tearing down the sides of the pin instead of smooth sides. Thankfully it is not to noticeable, but wish I'd known prior. The metals colour is a great rich gold. Hopefully they age well.”

“The pins themselves look very good and are a good value. On the other hand, the turn over time seemed long (it took them almost a week to invoice me), and I didn't get my pins until the very end of the 6 weeks.”

“Excellent service and quality. Decent communication, I just wish I was updated after my pin had been sent to production, i.e if it's completed or when it will be shipped. My order was shipped later than estimated date given on the website so I had to make an enquiry.”

“Hi, I live in South Korea. I got to know this site through a friend who lives in England. I liked a variety of choices (materials) and a trusty sample (instagram). I was worried because I had never left production to foreign companies. I felt difficult in a system different from Korea. But they kindly responded. Korea is fast in the whole process. So I felt the process was slow. But the result is very satisfactory and pretty. I will order you in the future. Thank you.”

“Made by Cooper does a great job of ensuring that the customer understands what they're getting and paying before the ordering process even begins. This is something that I don't see a lot in other pin companies and definitely what attracted me. On top of this, they have an incredible social media presence and use their Instagram to advertise pins they've made for their customers. While this is all very nice, there were times I felt uneasy with the company. When ordering, a final possible date of delivery is listed and the invoice informs you of when you might get a proof, but beyond that, you are left in the dark. After I approved the proof, I was ignorant to the process of my pin. I hoped for some way to check on this order. I emailed asking for an update and my pins immediately shipped to me, which I hope was coincidental. I've recently seen the company making updates, so transparency issue might already be on its way to being resolved. The pins turned out great and the quality I expected with a few pins having regular line abnormalities. My only concern was that one area that was listed on the proof as white turned out a soft bluish gray color instead. This isn't a big deal and no one has complained about it, but I wish it was white instead. I'm pretty happy overall, just a little uncomfortable at certain parts.”

“They had a good and smart production person handling the interaction. Good job translating my image into workable product. Nice result. However, it was not clear from the website that the products would be made in China. The entire process took a very long time, and with very little communication.”
