“MBC was very fast in communicating when i would get my items. and i loved all the little things that came in the package.. very fun to receive my only complaint is .. that the printed quality of the puzzle is not that great, .. the image seems pretty fuzzy”

“The process was straightforward and the updates were timely. Everything arrived on time and looking exactly as pictured in the design - we were able to do a bit of back-and-forth to get the perfect blue. The only hiccup we encountered is that not all products are available to purchase through the website, so not all products are eligible for promo codes. We originally wanted keyrings but couldn't order through the website (there was only the option to get a quote). So we got a quote but then found out we couldn't apply our promo code. We are a nonprofit so every little bit helps! We ordered pins instead but I do feel the emails spent on the keyrings were a bit of a waste of time (our time and the person who gave us the quote). We are very happy with our product and will certainly reorder in the future. We look forward to more items being offered on the online store too! Thank you!”

“Really responsive to orders and inquiries. Once my order was finished it shipped super fast which I was very happy with! The product itself is such good quality, you can tell they really put in time and hard work into their craft. Overall, I have had a very good experience.”

“Today we received our first order that we placed! We love the pins and the quality. We only received it with the wrong fixing. We did send an e-mail and they told us that send them out immediately. Great :-)”

“Made by cooper are excellent at what they do! The pins I ordered came out amazingly, however their communication could be better. I requested some very minor changes to my design and while I understand that this does require a bit of work to change up, the response was very cold and the correspondant didn't want to help me. The email updates are not very informative as well, they simply state when the order is going into manufacture, and when it is shipping. It would be great if there was a 'design approved' one, a manufacturing complete one, and an order packing one in addition to this. Shipping was incredibly fast! Made the deadline a few days earlier than expected, which made up for the rest of the process.”

“Won their promo & got 100 free pins of my design! The person I talked to was even kind enough to add glow in the dark. ----- There was some delays and lack of communication at times (I didn't get response over some color questions I had and had to email again to ask for an update), but overall good service and love that they take the time to fix issues instead of just blindly sending out the package. Issues resolved quickly and pins came in safely packaged and they look adorable! Thank you Made by Cooper!”
