“The final product was of excellent quality and just like our design. I only wish I'd asked to see the threads in person before production as the yellow is a lot paler in reality than on the PC screen. We had excellent help with deciding on embroidery vs woven. However, as the design was changed from one to the other, there was no prompting or discussion about changing the finish, such as the type of edge and the final badge was 80% of what I'd wanted. Overall really satisfied and would use again.”

“VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER! I was VERY UNHAPPY to see how different the pins were compared to what I expected them to be. The company has a very good image so I was hopping for very good product. However, the pins that I received were very different from the draft that I submitted. So-called professional team did not try hard to process this order. What I find THE WORST is that when I tried to reach out to the team and to ask for correction of my order I was COMPLETELY IGNORED after sending them 4 e-mails. It is NOT PROFESSIONAL. Be aware, if something does not work as you planned YOU WON'T BE HEARD BY THIS TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS. I attach the photo - while the pin itself is of good quality, the requested colors of pride are LESS THAN SATISFACTORY. And for some reason some areas on the pin are merged while the original design was so simple and so clear and so easy to copy.”
