“This was our first foray into merchandise purchasing for our event, and the process of ordering from Made by Cooper was extremely easy. The costs were clear right from the start, and during the process a very good suggestion was made to make a variant of the pin we'd ordered - something which has already increased sales. Delivery was due during lockdown in the UK, and despite this, was only a couple of days late. Would happily order again should the need arise.”

“This is the second time I’ve used MBC for enamel pins and I’m pleased to say that the design stage was much more pleasant this time round. The person I liased with was so friendly and didn’t mind tweaking a few bits for me. The end result was stunning and I’m so pleased with the quality. My only issue is communication. It was non-existent for me so I seemed to have lucked out. My delivery date came and went and no one responded to my emails and when they did it was a case of “I’m sure this will happen, I’m sure that will happen.” Not particularly reassuring. I expected delays due to Covid but I thought that they’d at least try to communicate that to me before my delivery date came and went and I had to chase. Their non-advised hold ups have ramifications and knock on effects for their clients and when I tried to explain that, i felt I was being brushed off and just had to put up with it. Funnily enough, an email came out about a week later explaining delays which didn’t really help me.”

“The customer service I received was amazing. The team helped me finalise the design and pick the correct method for my pin badges. They are amazing! A lot better than I was expecting and I will be using them again in the future!”

“The gold trophy badges I ordered for my archery club from Made by Cooper arrived with no problems at all. Considering the difficult conditions everyone is under at the moment I was expecting them to take much longer than they did. The quality is superb and an excellent little award that I'm sure will be appreciated by everyone at the club.”

“I've been wanting to get some badges made for years never gone through with it. But when I finally plucked up the guts to go for it, Made by Cooper were great. Very quick to respond to emails about options and design. All the way through. Given everything that's happening right now they still arrived in good time and are great quality!”

“Great pin quality. A slight delay in delivery due to COVID-19 which was understandable but no notification or status update was given until I emailed to enquire a week pass the estimated delivery date for more details.”

“Very happy with the finished product, customer service was helpful and price per badge is very competitive. Only downside I can see is delivery times are very long compared to competitors, even when not delayed as they outsource to China for manufacturing. (mine took even longer than expected, and I was not informed of the delay until I asked - I should have been notified the moment they knew.) However, the product was worth the wait as you can see in the images.”

“Working with Made by Cooper was so easy! The whole process was clear and the communication was clear. My product was high quality but wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. Some of the colors ended up being too dark in person. But I think this is due to on-screen compared to in person. I will also be changing the metal I used for next time because the lines don't show up well. I will be making more pins and keep these things in mind! These are still high quality and can be sold. I can't wait to see how my soft enamel pins do for my customers!”
