“Waited 3 weeks to be told design needed approval which was done 3 times then we would receive goods in 3 to 4 weeks absolutely joke company more like Tommy Cooper than made by Cooper We have gone to a proper company now and got great service Ashford United Football Club”

“I tried out a new type of patch for a set of designs, and bought the woven cloth badges with heat set edges. They came sooner than expected, the design team cleaned up everything nicely, and the patches look FANTASTIC. Thanks to all the hard work during this pandemic for still getting work out to us artists!! Always a pleasure working with you!!!”

“The ordered process for the enamel pins was really simple and easy to navigate, as was providing my designs. The Cooper team were quick with any questions I had, which was helpful for my first order. Despite a slight delay with delivery, which was communicated very well, the pins arrived quick enough and in perfect condition. The finish of both pins and backing cards was exactly as I had wanted.”

“Order is weeks late. Absolutely terrible service; the customer service agents are genuinely unpleasant whenever you call and say 'obviously' quite a lot (when it isn't). Our (expensive) mold broke (apparently) but this was only highlighted on the day the order was due to be DELIVERED to the UK (over two weeks ago). Made by Cooper have (nearly) got their act together and the factory in China who make these pins are delivering directly to us (except that was meant to be yesterday) - so here we are, letting our customers down, and Made by Cooper actually (apparently, given their manner) couldn't care less that the order is now several weeks late and they continue to let us down, not least in their silence. A very poor experience.”

“The service from concept to end was exemplary. Despite Covid restrictions, delivery was as suggested by Cooper. The finished product looked far better than the design template Cooper sent to me for approval. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking to have bespoke woven badges made.”

“This was my first foray into having pins made and I was very pleased with the result. It took time, and the continental time difference was a part of that, but it was worth the wait. Great, clear communication with the rep who worked with the art file, and delivered on the schedule promised at the time of order. They seem like they run a tight ship. I will certainly order again.”
