“hi, the quality was so amazing. very good job very good one. one month to receive as they told me so! well i only saw 10 pins with some sort of defections but its still ok.... the only problem i had was a communication one, i asked something if was possible before placing my order, and the assured me that it was, so i did place my order. after payment and several days after the checks they said it wasn't possible.....still i loved my pins, plus i was disappointed not to see a post on their instagram it would really helped my sales since i am new to pins and that would be awesome to get some boost, i thought they wanted to help new pin designers....”

“I have ordered 3 pin designs so far and all look great! I had a problem with my first order, some of my pins had some scratching on the front but they were replaced once I informed the design team! My only complaints are- the backstamp on my most recent pins was set a little crooked, and I requested specific post back colors which I did not receive BUT all-in-all I am very satisfied. The quality of the pins is excellent.”

“I ordered 2 sets of 100 soft enamel pins from Made by Cooper. They arrived within the timeline specified during the ordering process and all looked to be well-made. Made by Cooper helped alter the design to a larger size to make the text more legible and also was receptive to my changes of the digital proof when I needed a better color match. I was happy with the process, price, and product. My only disappointment was I had seen on their twitter and Instagram accounts that they were sharing the pins they designed and they did not share my designs. I was hoping they might share a photo of one or both of my pins as I am just starting out and that kind of bump from Made by Cooper would have really been helpful. I noticed they did it with other US manufactured pins and some of them with their first pin. Sad they didn't do the same with mine.”

“I've purchased a lot of pins from other artists that were made by MBC and I love them, I thought they were really well made and liked how they looked. When I get placed my order, I paid a little above what I normally do at my go-to manufacturer, in hopes I'd receive these awesome pins I loved. When I got my set of pins, all of them were really dirty. I had to sit in the sink and literally scrub every last one of them, and even then I discovered the enamel itself was dirty. Unfortunately due to this, I cannot sell my pins at full price. Which is a bummer because this order is almost a total loss. I do not think I will be purchasing from MBC again.”

“The service was great, communication was 10/10 and the pins and backing cards came out exactly how I wanted them to, perfect! I did have a slight issue as I was sent the wrong pins but it was all resolved fast.”

“Wasn't in a rush for badges as planned far ahead. When they arrived they were exactly as expected and very well produced. Order process was very easy along with online payment. Although no urgency with approving production discovered i had held up production by not approving lmage and this was not followed up by MbyC. Thought making payment would be my approval but not so.”

Thanks for the review, yes we can't accept payment as approval of a visual design, we require the design to be approved independently due to its visual nature.

“great company to deal with, prompt responses to emails & queries, a little bit slower production & delivery than last year when we used them. Also a little disappointed that they had changed the pin back on the badge from one that has safety catch to one that doesn't have a safety catch”
