“not quite as good as my first order although larger the lettering is a little cramped ending with a very small `c`”

“Pretty easy to deal with. It all went well really and the quality was as I expected. The only thing I would say is that I asked if my order could be done more quickly. I was immediately told no. It would have been nice if they had at least tried before refusing.”

“The response time for sending samples and proofs of proposed badges was excellent and the quality of the final product is good. Only problem I experienced was that the fixing on the back of the samples which I was sent was not the same as that supplied on my order, which was not what i would have ordered had I known. Oliver was able to supply some additional free badges with the fixing i had seen on samples sent. So be sure to check which fixing you require when ordering( a clutch fitting is a single post and stud - suitable for a lapel on a jacket) rather than a pin and clip which is suitable for all fabrics.”

“Some initial problems, sending me confirmation of logo without the requested alteration first; mis-spelling of name on logo after that too, which was frustrating...But; Very pleased with quality of patch as the end result though, very well done.”

“The patches themselves are great but for two things, firstly an apostrophe has been missed out of one of the words on the patch and secondly a little bit of the detail of the design has been lost where colours that are too similar to each other have been used next to each other.”

“Very quick service - needed the pins for the 22nd April, they arrived on the 11th. Very impressed. Only reason i put good instead of very good is the fact i asked for the metal clutch/clasp backs and i was given the black rubber ones.”

“Great products that arrived early after arranging for them to be delivered a week early. Emails could be replied to quicker and it would be good to deal with the same person to avoid confusion but other than that I'm happy with the outcome of my designs!”

Glad you like them and we could deliver faster than our express service. In busy times we reply as fast as possible and we often pick up where the last person left it otherwise you may be waiting longer due to some part time staff.

“I'm incredibly happy with my pin order! I guess my only issue is that I did not expect them to be made in China, but in the United Kingdom. I was under the impression that everything was under one roof. And my pins arrived a day before I was sent an email saying they've been shipped, so there seems to be some miscommunication between the home office and the manufacturer abroad. But I do intend to use Made By Cooper again. Best quality pins I've ever had made, and friendly service!”

“Price is good, customer service and communication is great! Shipping was faster than anticipated and quoted which is always a plus! All around overall great experience. One thing I'd add though, the quality checks on some of the hard enamel pins were "meh" and could use better monitoring.”

“Due to some miscommunication I was sent the wrong order and when I emailed back Oliver he promptly emailed me back saying he would rectify the problem. Great customer service. Looking forward to doing more business with you.”
