“The product has turned out well. I do feel however that the process was a bit strange, you were suggesting a charge of 30% of the overall order costs for one sample to be created. I do not understand how this cost can be justified.”

Thanks for the review, this is why we provide visuals to approve at no extra cost - the costs to make one of anything custom don't come cheap and need to cover costs for samples of a custom made and stamped item (plus if the order doesn't go ahead), we do offer partial refunds once the sample is approved.

“I love your website, it's easy to order from, the prices are clear and straight forward. Customer service is good, Oliver is helpful. My reason for taking away a star is for the product itself... some of my pins came wth random specks, while some others have chipped paint, etc. I was surprised the package came from China and not the UK, but was only upset when I saw the pins... the quality is just not as good as I hoped. Overall, I'm still happy with my purchases. Thanks”

Your order reciept clearly states an approx delivery date of the 25th October due to custom made items, and were despatched on the 23rd

“We are really delighted with the embroidery Made by Cooper did for us. Through discussion we came up with the design that they produced for us. The service was friendly, helpful and quick. “The badge was juts what I was looking for as an extra little gift for my Brisedmaid, the quality seems good, and it was a reasonable price, delivery time was longer than anticpiated but still made it with plenty of time,”

“I made several orders for the same design of badges consecutively and all were followed up and dealt with to the best of their ability. Replies were quick and so things ran smoothly as a result. Reasonable prices for larger quantities”
