“Shipping was much quicker than expected! The design approval process took quite some time, which is understandable. The person I worked with forgot to make one of the changes I requested but our back-and-forth had already been so long that I decided to bite the bullet. However, the pins look AMAZING and I'm very happy with them. My only suggestion would be to somehow streamline the design approval process - perhaps Made by Cooper needs more employees in this area?”

“I am definitely happy with the final product, my patches turned out lovely. The reason why I'm only giving it 4 stars is because the service was very confusing: there were several different people handling my file and I had to repeat some instructions and corrections several times. Might just have been bad luck.”

“Second enamel pin order with MadeByCooper. These pins turned out absolutely stunning! Barely any faulty pins (I believe I had one or two that were missing enamel in small areas), fantastic communication, speedy delivery service. Another wonderful experience with MadeByCooper!”

“Stumbling across MadebyCooper was a breath of fresh air. I had a very bad expeirence with the last company I was with when it came to getting enamel pins made. I'm kicking myself I never went with MadeByCooper sooner. The first pins I got (coyotes) turned out absolutely perfect. Easy communication process (though responses tend to be a bit iffy. Sometimes would get a reply within the hour of sending off an email, and sometimes not until the next business day), the artist I worked with for this order was professional and had no problem making changes to the visual proof until I was satisfied with the design. When it came to production, the time length was about a month (as expected). What I was blown away by most was how FAST the dispatch was! Received the pins in just a couple days after receiving the initial dispatch email. Fantastic company to work with. I believe I've found a company I intend to stick with for a while now (:”

“I really like working with Made by Cooper. They've been really helpful getting our pins designed and made over the last 2 years. I'd love a little more success with some housekeeping on our account - we've changed addresses and have had things delivered to the wrong name and address. Other than that, I'm totally happy!”

“Made by Cooper worked well within our timeline to make our dreams happen! They were super responsive throughout the entire process, even through the delivery! My only complaint would be that the backings on the pins get stuck and can be difficult to remove.”
