Shipping was much quicker than expected! The design approval process took quite some time, which is understandable. The person I worked with forgot to make one of the changes I requested but our back-and-forth had already been so long that I decided to bite the bullet. However, the pins look AMAZING and I'm very happy with them. My only suggestion would be to somehow streamline the design approval process - perhaps Made by Cooper needs more employees in this area?
