Stumbling across MadebyCooper was a breath of fresh air. I had a very bad expeirence with the last company I was with when it came to getting enamel pins made. I'm kicking myself I never went with MadeByCooper sooner. The first pins I got (coyotes) turned out absolutely perfect. Easy communication process (though responses tend to be a bit iffy. Sometimes would get a reply within the hour of sending off an email, and sometimes not until the next business day), the artist I worked with for this order was professional and had no problem making changes to the visual proof until I was satisfied with the design. When it came to production, the time length was about a month (as expected). What I was blown away by most was how FAST the dispatch was! Received the pins in just a couple days after receiving the initial dispatch email. Fantastic company to work with. I believe I've found a company I intend to stick with for a while now (:
