“I bought a €39 peony bouquet as a gift. It arrived with three peonies opened. They died quickly and the rest of the buds never bloomed despite following all the care instructions. Poor value and poor quality.”

“I recently ordered a bouquet through the website as a birthday present. Ordering was easy with photos of each bouquet making it easy to choose. I found there were flowers to suit every budget. The order arrived on the date requested and I was kept up to date with the status of the order throughout. I highly recommend Mad Flowers for any occasion!”

“I had an excellent experience, the young that look after me could not have done any more tp help. I had s problem with my online order and when I call for help she went above and beyond to help and ensure that the flowers were delivered. I ordered over the June bank holiday weekend also. “The flowers were a birthday gift for someone and they were really beautiful. However, I did pay extra for the "Classic" vase but from the photo she sent me of the flowers that were delivered, it looks like it was the ordinary cut glass vase that was delivered.”

“Disappointed flowers for my wife's birthday 19th May were ordered on 17th May and didn't arrive until late afternoon 20th May although I was assured that they would arrive on the day. My son also ordered flowers for my wife's birthday a week in advance and they arrived at the same time as my order. The box was damaged and quite a few of the flowers were also damaged.”
