It wasn’t the bunch of flowers I ordered and they were half dead. I also emailed customer service with a query as they were delivered very late and got no reply. Was very disappointed. Won’t be ordering again.

Happy with the quality and cost of the flowers but unhappy with the complete lack of communication re delivery. Ordered 2 days in advance, recipient was working from home so unconcerned at lack of am/pm window. Rang office twice @ 4.30pm + 6.30pm to ask if still scheduled. Was told "up to 7.30pm". Delivery arrived @ 7.27pm. Needs better communication with the customer.

Hi, I found your service very disappointing. I rang on Thursday 29th June to ask if a delivery could be made the following day, Friday 30th and I was assured they would be delivered. When the delivery hadn't arrived by lunchtime Friday I was told it could be 4:30 before the flowers would be delivered. I explained that I needed them by 4 pm and I was told that could not be guaranteed. I asked to speak to a Manager and the Manager wasn't available and she would call me back ASAP. I didn't receive a call and I called again circa 3 pm and no answer. I only got a call once the flowers were delivered albeit just in time but the fact that I didn't get a call when I requested one was very disappointing. I would not be recommending Mad Flowers to anyone I'm afraid.

roses are wilted, Not what you expect when you pay 60 euro for a bouquet. Poor quality

Ordered valentines flowers on the 22nd of Jan to be organised and to make sure they arrived at a good time. Ordered them to arrive at 10AM, its now 17:23PM and they still haven't arrived. Never again. Avoid.

I'm disappointed with the order. I received a completely different bouquet than the picture on the website. No information on delivery time, I needed to call them. Very disappointed, I'm not going to order again from this company.

I wasn’t pleased with the service at all. I ordered flowers for delivery on the 31st October. No delivery I emailed and phoned spoke to Maurice he couldn’t explain why. He agreed to deliver on Wednesday as my friend s daughter was graduating on Wednesday to my shock you deliver on Tuesday instead. Unbelievable. Suzanne Plant Reilly

There was difficulty confirming bouquet was delivered I am still not sure if it was. A photo of the bouquet and confirmation of delivery should always be confirmed to the purchaser. This would alleviate unnecessary emails and phone calls to confirm delivery. Peter Sheridan

Very disappointed. Flowers did not match pictures advertised predominately full of Chrysanthemums & Gerberas which I hate & not the beautiful Eucalyptus, Roses & greenery that I choose. They were for a friend who lost her Mum & my heart sank when I saw them.

1st time and last time to use this service. Had to chase up where order was and was then given multiple delivery times none of which were met.

Terrible, the flowers arrived already in not a good condition, very overpriced for what it is, I would never order again.

My wife was delighted with the flowers and I have ordered many times before but won’t again as they were started to wilt the next day and completely dead by Thursday 17th February

Arrived with the incorrect message . The printed Text is tiny ( just as well this time )…hard to see ! I e mailed straightaway … no response yet . As a long standing customer…. Not good enough at the price charged, At €67 you expect it to be correct. Frank Kelly

I was extremely disappointed to see the size of the bouquet that was delivered to my sister. It was smaller with less of a selection than on the photo on the website. Also I was unable to choose to have them delivered in a Monday. When I visited my sister three days after the flowers were delivered many of them were wilted & dying . I always want to support a local Irish Business but I will never order from Mad flowers again unfortunately.
