“Flowers where amazing , but tracking service was wrong said delivered at 15:00hrs , actually did not arrive till 18:00hrs , so recipient of flowers was a bit confused where flowers may be. So surprise was slight ruined”

“Ordered this for my friend's birthday. The flowers did arrive on the day and My friend was happy however I received no notification they had been dispatched, out for delivery, nothing. The tracking was useless, status never changed from 'waiting for details'. I realise they can't provide a delivery timeframe but still. Wish I could give it 2.5 stars.”

“Disappointing quality. Significant wilting by day 2 with many flowers bent at top of stem suggesting crushing during supply to shop or delivery. All photos taken on 15 Feb.”

“I was dissppointed on this occasion. There were some beautiful flowers but they were lost in a sea of petrol station flowers (i dont know the name of these but see photo). Id have been happier with a smaller arrangement of flowers of good quality over flowers that I consider to be merely added to bulk up the arrangement. Have ordered in the past and been very happy. Delivery is always swift and friendly. Ordering online is easy. Just disappointed on this occassion.”

“I was given no indication of when the bouquet was delivered in the day (if even of was), I rang, I emailed, I dm’d on Instagram, heard nothing back. The delivery driver finally rang me to say they were there (at approximately 5pm), and then no one even checked in with me to apologise for the lack of response afterwards. For that reason, I won’t be using the company again. It was disappointing”

“I ordered flowers to be delivered as a thank you . I was meant to be informed when the flowers were delivered - no notification! I went into my order as advised to check - nothing against my order ! So I don’t know if they were delivered or not or what they looked like - disappointed”

“Honestly it’s not the best I’ve had from mad flowers. Bouquet was lobsided & needed support to stand up. No water in the wrapping which was very surprising.”

“I ordered two of the ceramic cups & spoon with roses for both my Daughters birthdays on June 30th & this coming end of July. The first order arrived on June 30th and was absolutely gorgeous. A little bigger then I thought they would be as the cups are quite large but roses in them were fab. I must say I did have to phone & email (got no reply from either phone or email though -disappointing) as the order didn't arrive until about 8pm that evening and my daughters birthday was almost over so abit disappointed about that. Hopefully my order for July 26th will arrive earlier.”

“hello? The flowers you sent were well received. (1) The pot you ordered is a ceramic bowl, and the wood is clean and very good. (2) The arrived flowerpot is different from what you ordered. (3) The pots installed are not stable and the trees are not clean. (4) This is Parksookun's opinion on the ordered item. (5) Please find out the doctor of the person who received Parkjungmin. “It was easy to order the flowers and the choice as very good. I would advice to notify the purchaser when the flowers were delivered esp when it's to a different address also be nice to get a picture of the 💐 when ready for approval”

“Flowers delivered as promised, more foliage than actual flowers took ages to flower, leaves a bit withered and brown on tips not as good as previous bouquets I’ve received from Mad flowers”
