“Ordered this for my friend's birthday. The flowers did arrive on the day and My friend was happy however I received no notification they had been dispatched, out for delivery, nothing. The tracking was useless, status never changed from 'waiting for details'. I realise they can't provide a delivery timeframe but still. Wish I could give it 2.5 stars.”

“Dozen roses, with most of the bunch dying on Saturday 14th, only delivered on Fri 13th Feb 2026. In addition to this the delivery driver contacted my wife to inform her, he was on the way and a follow up call for directions, even though I used the same Eircode as I had used previously with madflower.”

“Ordered 100 roses for valentines. Roses arrived on time. They showed signs of dying after less than 24 hours. Died within 48hrs.”

“I was dissppointed on this occasion. There were some beautiful flowers but they were lost in a sea of petrol station flowers (i dont know the name of these but see photo). Id have been happier with a smaller arrangement of flowers of good quality over flowers that I consider to be merely added to bulk up the arrangement. Have ordered in the past and been very happy. Delivery is always swift and friendly. Ordering online is easy. Just disappointed on this occassion.”

“I was lucky to remember Mad Flowers again, when so many other florists had not refreshed their website after the Christmas/New Year season. Mad Flowers had updated their website and flowers which was just what I needed. I was able to find exactly wahat I was looking for, with no interference from other websites which made it easy to order from Australia. My sister-in-law was delighted with the flower/plant I sent. It was delivered as promised. Having used Mad Flowers in the past, I knew they were outside the delivery area I was aiming for, but it was well worth the extra. I've kept Mad Flowers on their own in my gift list and will be sure to use them again. Their results have alw3ays bee appreciated. Having reached mid-OBE (over bl...dy 80) I can't believe I forgot them!”

“I was given no indication of when the bouquet was delivered in the day (if even of was), I rang, I emailed, I dm’d on Instagram, heard nothing back. The delivery driver finally rang me to say they were there (at approximately 5pm), and then no one even checked in with me to apologise for the lack of response afterwards. For that reason, I won’t be using the company again. It was disappointing”
