“I was given no indication of when the bouquet was delivered in the day (if even of was), I rang, I emailed, I dm’d on Instagram, heard nothing back. The delivery driver finally rang me to say they were there (at approximately 5pm), and then no one even checked in with me to apologise for the lack of response afterwards. For that reason, I won’t be using the company again. It was disappointing”

“I ordered a bouquet and a balloon for my sister's birthday and oh my gosh they were fabulous the bouquet was stunning and huge and the balloon was also big. My sister was over the moon with them so worth the money. Delivery was also very good as was the presentation. I would definitely use mad flowers again”

“I ordered flowers to be delivered as a thank you . I was meant to be informed when the flowers were delivered - no notification! I went into my order as advised to check - nothing against my order ! So I don’t know if they were delivered or not or what they looked like - disappointed”

“Delivered on time. A minor feedback - the courier only put the flower box on the ground just inside the front gate - it was open, but courier did not even try to get to the front door. I worry if it would be a windy day.”

“Honestly it’s not the best I’ve had from mad flowers. Bouquet was lobsided & needed support to stand up. No water in the wrapping which was very surprising.”

“I ordered the flowers and received an order confirmation which advised that I would also receive a delivery confirmation which I do not receive. I contacted the shop and was advised the flowers were delivered. Normally I don't have to chase for a confirmation so not sure what happened this time. It was for my Aunt's 90th birthday so a very important delivery particularly as she was recently widowed.”
