Ordered a medium bouquet for a friend. She had to contact the company after a few days as flowers were dead. Very embarrassing for me as sender. To be fair they sent her a replacement bouquet but given the amount of money I spent would have expected a better standard and had she not contacted them herself this would have been money badly spent.
