“I made a purchase of flowers and vase less than a week ago and they have already died. I have previously purchased from you and they have lasted a long time but these ones have not. For the price I paid I am disapointed with the result. The order number is 14446”

“I am sorry to say but for the 1st time ever my partner was very disappointed with a bunch of flowers from yourselves . The roses never bloomed fully and faded away almost immediately, and definitely by day 2 had lost their lustre , usually they would last much longer .”

“Disappointed by the false advertisement- whilst searching for a an orchid gift online I decided to go with mad flowers and spend the extra money because I thought my friend would receive exactly what was shown in the image. However what arrived was different. The vase and flower arrangement did not match and I could have bought from a different website for much cheaper. I went back to the listing and it does not mention that you might receive something different from what was displayed or that the vase would be different.... Overall the orchids are lovely but the vase and overall presentation is not what I expected.”

“Do not believe the "delivery time" offered when making an order as apparently they "don't guarantee delivery times" despite asking you to specify one.”

“Unfortunately, as a result of confusion using the website on a phone, the result was not as expected. In fact, there was no result, and ended up canceling the order to restart and a refund remains pending. Hopefully be able to provide a better review on the next go around, but I will try again as the bouquets look really high quality ...”

“For the price of the bouquet the flowers did not leave up to expectation, the delivery driver was rude and the delivery was at 17:00 in the evening meaning having to stay indoors all day, will not use again”

“I purchased 2 bouquets last week. One was delivered on time and was lovely however , the second bouquet was misdirected to another county and was not delivered on the indicated date. When I queried it, I never got do much as an apology. Was told it was on route the next day. When it did arrive it was damaged, having been half way round the country. I emailed the company and have yet to hear back from them. No attempts to rectify the problem. Very poor customer care/service.”

“Flowers delivered did not match the picture ordered. Delivered flowers were lacking in colour with over braeing whites. Did not suit. Will consider other suppliers for future needs.”

“I asked for my flowers to go with a message, but it didn't. The receiver did not even know where they came from,which was frustrating as it was a surprise ,I literally had to ask if she received them”

“I was not 100% happy with the flowers I ordered, as what arrived was not what I had ordered, the arrangement I ordered has calla lily's in it, and the arrangement that arrived had Orange Gerbera's in it, I was very disappointed personally I would Never order Orange or Yellow flowers that's just my personal choice.”

“The flowers were less than described. Not as shown in the picture, which was really disappointing. Much smaller. I have used Mad flowers for years and this is the first time I was disappointed. Nice bouquet but not worth the price.”
