“I had an excellent experience, the young that look after me could not have done any more tp help. I had s problem with my online order and when I call for help she went above and beyond to help and ensure that the flowers were delivered. I ordered over the June bank holiday weekend also. Thank you, Mad flowers”

“The flowers were a birthday gift for someone and they were really beautiful. However, I did pay extra for the "Classic" vase but from the photo she sent me of the flowers that were delivered, it looks like it was the ordinary cut glass vase that was delivered.”

“Disappointed flowers for my wife's birthday 19th May were ordered on 17th May and didn't arrive until late afternoon 20th May although I was assured that they would arrive on the day. My son also ordered flowers for my wife's birthday a week in advance and they arrived at the same time as my order. The box was damaged and quite a few of the flowers were also damaged.”

“I ordered flowers and a birthday card. The flowers looked nothing like the picture and the birthday card wasn’t sent and the card on the bouquet wasn’t sent either. My sister didn’t know who sent the flowers. I emailed customer service and they never even bothered responding”

“I have to say when I seen the picture of the bouquet that arrived I was very disappointed. There were very few flowers in the bouquet. Having said that I have used Mad Fliwers before and have always had a good experience.”

“I was very please with variety of arrangements available and the ease of the ordering process. “My friend Michelle in Kerry is your customer, sends flowers to many people. She recommend yourselves and I sent her flowers to brighten her day. A Garda on front line if anyone deserved a surprise she was thrilled. Put them on Facebook Mad flowers and got 57 likes.”

“Sent flowers and chocolates to my mam on her Birthday as my wife recommended Mad Flowers as you are her favourite florist since the late 90s when she fell in love with your bouquets and arrangements which always seem to be a step ahead of your competitors. Would love to win a bouquet for my wife as she very recently list her mother.”
