“I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered last Friday,it didnt arrive.Apparently it was incorrectly routed and arrived in Donegal,instead of Galway.Reordered and was to be delivered today,4 days later,and its how 6pm and no delivery,very disappointed and no feedback from company either. To add to my review,my friend finally received the flowers this evening and they are very beautiful,the chocolates too. So although unhappy initially I'm happy now my friend likes them.Thank you MadFlowers.”

“I didn't see the flowers myself - but recipient was very pleased. Just wanted a little posie as a get well - and these were excellent value (the cute bouquet) and looked lovely from photos. Delivered on day promised. Very pleased”

“Ordered Wednesday for a Friday delivery .rang on Friday to be told the order wasn't going to be sent out as the order was missed somehow .had to go to local florist to reorder a new bouquet .”

“Gorgeous flowers at a good price. Reliable delivery. The recent bouquet was sent to a friend who had surgery. She said they were beautiful (I did not see them myself). She said they really cheered her up. I have sent Mad Flowers as gifts to several friends.”

“Excellent! Excellent flowers. Excellent packaging. Excellent delivery. The delivery of flowers to my sister arrived on the day requested. The flowers looked even better than I expected and the packaging was pretty! It was a last minute surprise for my sister and the flowers brought tears to her eyes. Thank you Mad Flowers.”

“Excellent customer service. I needed to change the delivery address and was successful. There was no problem. I didn’t actually see the bouquet but I did get photos of it and it looked like the bouquet ordered. I emailed the change of address but didn’t get a reply so I then phoned.”

“Ordered a medium bouquet for a friend. She had to contact the company after a few days as flowers were dead. Very embarrassing for me as sender. To be fair they sent her a replacement bouquet but given the amount of money I spent would have expected a better standard and had she not contacted them herself this would have been money badly spent.”

“I ordered a "small" bouquet of roses for a friend who was feeling down. They were so beautiful and much bigger than I was expecting! Pretty good value for money, and being able to order flowers for people from abroad has saved me more than once.”
