WHILE THE DELIVERY WAS SWIFT THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS DISAPPOINTING BECAUSE THE ORDER WAS INCOMPLETE AND THE PRODUCT COULD NOT BE USED. AMENDS HAVE SINCE BEEN MADE, NEVERTHELESS NOT TO HAVE SUFFICIENT BATTERIES IN STOCK A PRODUCT BEING SOLD PROVES A CERTAIN ABMOUNT OF INEFFICIENCY

Correctly updating their stock availability, all items we ordered showed as in stock at the time of ordering and delivery dates provided part of the order was since delayed and emails received to inform us that some of our items were no longer in stock with the supplier and that they would be 4 weeks later than expected This was a business order for a project we are working on and such delays further delay the completion date of the works which is far from satisfactory and deters is from using Lyco in the future as despite items stating they are in stock we can?t rely on them arriving Disappointed

Why don't they just use the postal service to deliver small packages. Over a week for Hermes to deliver a 5 meter cable. The 5 meter cable then is delivered in a 18" x 18" box.

The lights that I ordered where exactly what I wanted, however the express service that I payed for was late. The currier service had someone two miles away sing for the parcel but dident leave it, this left me chasing around trying to convince the career that I had not received it, it did arrive the following day. I would suggest you give your career service a shakeing.

No communication, product arrived a week later than estimated and had to chase the company twice for information. Product received was fine

I WAS DIRECTED TO YOUR SITE AS I REQUIRED 110VOLT BULBS AND TUBES, I WAS SENT 240VOLT PRODUCTS I NOW HAVE TO ARRANGE TO SEND THESE ITEMS BACK

When searching the internet for 'DIMMABLE LED MR16 light bulbs' Lyco surreptitiously bring up 'NON-DIMMABLE' bulbs. Nowhere on PAGE ONE of the spec does it state Dimmable or Non-dimmable so, unless the buyer looks at PAGE TWO is it discovered that there seems to be deliberately misleading information. What a drag having to Complain about something so trivial but critical in such circumstances.

The battery operated Candles were not in stock. The bulb did not work and I have returned it. The holder has never arrived. The courier tried to deliver it ( after I reminded the company but I do not know where it is. Needless to say I will not be using the company again.

The product and service from Lyco themselves is absolutely fine. The product is good, at a fair price and ordering is straightforward. Unfortunately and I did not know this prior to ordering, they use the Hermes delivery company. Hermes are utterly awful in every way. They lie about their service, fail to deliver, pretend that they have when in fact the driver just decided to go home instead. Then pretend that the item has been signed for. The driver signs and simply leaves on the doorstep. Unbelievable. I paid extra for next day delivery to be sure I would have the item of the weekend. Was supposed to be delivered on Friday. Arrived Saturday night at 21:30. Hopeless. No means of contacting Hermes at all. I will never order from a supplier using Hermes again. So I?m sorry Lyco.

Service excellent, but these bulbs have a terrible colour light . Bought as cool white but they give out a warm light. Have since replaced them as they stood out against the others in the house New LED'S are still only 4000k but give out the correct colour

Was let down by DPD who repeatedly delivered to the wrong address. Turning a next day delivery into a 7 saga. -Ricky Stewart-
