They sent the wrong lightbulbs, and did not reply to two emails about this. i finally got a reply to the third, saying they were taking a long time to deal with queries. I am disappointed as I have always previously had good service.

6w for a light bulb? no obvious reason. No explanation. Just 6w wait. I?m guessing made and sent by ship from China. Many better retailers that actually have items in stock.

Received alight set and ordered extension cables to go with it. The cables don't fit to the set, so useless and a waste of money.

By delivering on time instead of cancelling your delivery when theyre 15 mins away ( tracked package all day )

Well- I thought this was an answer to a problem. However the batteries make the lamp very heavy and they have much less life - maybe 80 hours? So although the bulbs are very long lived, you would have to replace batteries frequently - which I missed from the advert. Also . I may have been being slow but the rather heavy light needs fixing to the wall. And the light cast is quite gray. I thought this was the answer to some prayers but perhaps not.

The initial delivery was quick but there has been absolutely no response to a request by email for a solution to a problem with one of the products.

Two stars because the lights work. I ordered two, 6ft 32w battens. Instead of telling me they only had one in stock, only one turned up and then the invoice said "one to follow". I was pretty annoyed because I'd booked a sparky to come round. Anyway, I waited a week or so for the first one, then another week or so for the second. When it finally showed up it was a different light! I should state that these lights were for a ceiling and would be seen. Also not only were they cosmetically different, they had different fittings which was a pain to line up on the rafters and keep them equal with each other. Poor show.

They offer new customers a 10% discount but when you get to the checkout it's much less. There's a premium rate phone number to sort it out. So it may cost you ore overall with the discount.

Delivery attempted before advised delivery date. We were away and were put to the trouble of rearranging delivery. Package could have been left with a neighbor but courier insisted on a signature. Such a procedure way over the top for a £7 item. Since purchase we have been bombarded with marketing e-mails and were but to the trouble of having to unsubscribe. Clearly, Lyco has a management philosophy that spares little thought for the customer.

There is clear way to return something. Most e retailers will have some kind of return slip with instructions enclosed with the products sold online. I?m sitting with a box of lights for 2 weeks now waiting for an email from customer service that has yet to arrive with instructions. I should?ve just gone to ScrewFix and bought their stuff. Lesson learned!

I ordered two light fittings complete with bulbs. They arrived when promised in an enormous lightweight cardboard box which would have held at least six of the fittings and had insufficient packing to stop the two rolling about. The box was not marked FRAGILE or GLASS. On opening the box an ominous tinkling sound could be heard from one of the fittings and on opening the fitting the bulb within was shattered.No great harm so I rang the "Customer Service" number that afternoon. "Customer service" was an answering machine on which I left a message explaining and asking for a replacement bulb. Having received no response after several days I sent an e-mail and then received a reply apologising and promising a replacement fitting. It arrived today, properly packed and marked FRAGILE.It was undamaged.

Refund if not as advertised.Range not as stated How does one know this until fitted. Refused refund because it had been fitted.Not good service.i shall not be useing this site again

Delivery and items all good. unfortunately tubes without starters, delays a job! Both stock items, more haste less speed. mind you, very helpful young lady on telephone. Didn't get her name, pity.

The light I ordered arrived without instructions or fitting kit. Customer services were prompt and helpful in rectifying this but the onus was on me to report the failing

VAT not removed in basket for purchases from the channel Islands, relatively simple and effective reclaim procedure and staff helpful but could be much easier if automatic when checking out as many others do rather than having to contact customer services seperately. Packaging insufficient for international delivery - a Fragile sticker and a few bits of packing paper do not provide the required protection, especially with something as fragile as light bulbs. I haven't tested them all yet but several of the product boxes were damaged as everything was just thrown loose into the packing box. Not impressed.
