“This is my first experience of using Lyco and on that basis I will use them again. The product arrived in a timely fashion; that is ordered Saturday and arrived Monday, the tubes were packed in shredded cardboard inside the delivery box and are all intact and working. It only remains to see if they live up to their service life of 8000 hours. The previous tubes used (not from Lyco) barely managed half of the 5000 hours claimed for them”

“Lyco fine ! effecient and quick despatch! Courier company claimed to have delivered on day after order but no one came( said agency staff to blame). Next day came unannounced and left card saying " first delivery". five days later Monday 1 FEB parcel finally arrived”

“I recently purchased several multi colour change LED tubes and think they are amazing. They have completely changed the atmosphere of our venue. One of the tubes did not work when delivered but customer services were great and a replacement was sent and delivered the next day. We frequently purchase lighting and keep lyco as our main supplier.”

“Excellent range and very good prices. Simple to follow website, and the shopping experience was marred only by DHL. As nobody wasat home when they attempted delivery, we telephoned to arrange an alternative date using their automated system. I was in all day on the appointed date but they failed to appear, nor the next two days, and eventually my son went to collect the goods. A lot of time wasted unnecessarily.”

“They are Ok. In my case did not stock enough of the product (fluorescent battens), and did not stock industrial std 2.4 mts type. But what they supplied was Ok and a reasonable price.”
